Loan Glossary Y- Year-end Statement
A report sent to the borrower each
year. The report shows how much was paid in taxes and interest during the year,
as well as the remaining mortgage loan balance at the end of the year.

- The amount generated in interest on an account.
- Yield Spread Premium
- The yield spread premium (YSP) is the cash rebate paid to a mortgage broker by the lender based on selling an interest rate above the wholesale par rate that the borrower qualifies for.
