Best Nationwide Loans is here to help you. Our expert Loan officers can help you get the best loan rates.
Our Non-FICO based program options allow us to approve your
loan without pulling your score. The loan rates and loan amounts are determined
primarily by your Mortgage payment history. So, if you have a strong positive
payment history of your mortgage, but have missed payments or been in
Bankruptcy, you can obtain a mortgage with an Interest rate better than if the
underwriter is using only your FICO score.
If you have bad Credit or no Credit History, you may qualify
for a no credit score home loan. In many instances, homebuyers earn a sizeable
income, in which they can afford to buy a home. However, because of past credit
history, many will not qualify for a conventional home loan. Rather than wait
until credit improves, these individuals may apply for loans without using
credit scores.

What is FICO score?
Fair Isaac Corporation (NYSE: FIC), founded in 1956 by engineer Bill Fair and mathematician Earl Isaac, provides consulting services and enterprise decision management systems. They developed the FICO scores, a measure of credit risk, that are the most used credit scores in the world. FICO scores are available through all of the major consumer reporting agencies in the United States and Canada:
- Equifax (1-800-685-1111)
- Experian (1-800-916-8800)
- TransUnion (1-888-397-3742)
How to increase FICO score?
- Pay your bills on time. Late payments and collections can have a serious impact on your score.
- Do not apply for credit frequently. Having a large number of inquiries on your Credit Report can worsen your score.
- Reduce your credit-card balances. If you are "maxed" out on your credit cards, this will affect your credit score negatively.
- If you have limited credit, obtain additional credit. Not having sufficient credit can negatively impact your score.
